LIC住房金融有限公司修改了国内定期存款的利率。LIC HFL目前提供的公众存款利率为7.25%至7.75%，存款期限为1年至5年。印度最大的住房金融公司之一，成立于1989年的LIC住房金融有限公司(LICHFL)宣布，其最新的FD利率将于4月12日生效。

　　在累计高达2亿卢比的公共存款下，存款人可以获得1年7.25%的利率，18个月7.35%的利率，2年7.60%的利率，3至5年7.75%的利率。利息将按年复利计算，并于到期日连同本金一并支付。累积公众存款计划的存续期可选择1年、18个月、2年、3年或5年。

　　而在高达20 Cr的非累计存款计划下，LIC HFL提供7.00%的月利率和7.25%的1年期年利率，7.10%的月利率和7.35%的18个月利率，7.35%的月利率和7.60%的年利率，2年期7.35%的月利率和7.60%的年利率，3年至5年期7.50%的月利率和7.75%的年利率。

　　LIC住房金融有限公司于2007年5月推出了三茶存款计划。LIC住房金融有限公司首次推出的Sanchay存款计划被CRISIL评为AAA/稳定。LIC住房金融有限公司的所有分支机构都接受居民、非居民、有法定监护人的未成年人、huf、合伙公司、合作社、个人协会、专有关注、信托等人的公众存款。

　　LIC HFL Sanchay存款计划还提供了针对存款金额75%的贷款的快速批准，汽车续期/汽车还款设施，电子支付设施，老年人存款为20,000及以上但所有期限不超过2亿卢比的额外利率0.25%的额外福利。一个人可以在LIC HFL开设一个定期存款账户，存入最低金额为20,000卢比/-此后为1,000卢比的倍数。

　　“储户可以在1日至15日和16日至每月最后一天之间按适用的卡利率存入最高2亿卢比。如果在上述任何时期，存款总额超过2亿卢比，该时期的利率将适用于超过2亿卢比的存款利率。”LIC HFL在其网站上提到。
